General Information

We meet at noon on the second Thursday in January, February, April, May, July, August, October and November. During March, June, and September, we meet a 6:00 p.m. All meetings are held at the Longhorn Cafe in Boerne, 369 S. Esser.

 

BAD Book Club meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Democratic Headquarters, 216. S. Blanco, suite 201.

BAD hosts social events such as the Saturday Night Supper Club and Thirsty Thursdays.  Check our BAD Facebook page for details about upcoming activities.

The Boerne Area  Democrats work closely with the Kendall County Democratic Party to register voters, get out the vote, and support candidates.  In election years, we frequently hold candidate forums.

 

BAD also participates in the TXDOT Adopt-A -Highway program, Boerne Market Days, and various community parades. We old donation drives for Hill Country Family Services and the Center for Refugee Services. BAD members also participate in various marches such as the Martin Luther King March, the Boerne Pride Walk, and the Gun Violence Vigil.

Our Democratic Headquarters is located at 216 E. Blanco, Suite 201, in Boerne.  The office is open on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Stop by and visit with us!
